In no particular order, I present you 5 amazing products to achieve a gorgeous & glowing makeup finish.
1. Benefit Watt's up!
£24.50 GBP/ $53 AUD (9.4g)
A beautiful cream highlighter, that delivers a champagne glow. Not only do I wear this on it's own, but I use it as a kind of powder highlighter insurance. I pop my cream products on first before setting them with a face powder. I then sometimes apply a touch of powder highlighter on top of the lovely Benefit Watt's Up! for stay all day and night highlight.
2. Rimmel BB Cream Radiance*
£6.99 GBP/$12.95 AUD (30ml)
This product provides beautiful natural looking coverage with a beautiful glow. Even my oily combination skin type loves this stuff. It is one of the only products I have used that provides a glow all over without making me look oily or becoming oily looking throughout the day. Best of all, it doesn't make you look like a glitter disco ball when the sun hits your face.
I find myself reaching for this stuff when I am looking dull, tired or just want to look like I am really glowing from within. A word of warning though, this BB cream is not for the faint hearted, it definitely has more glow than less glow if you know what I mean? Most of the time, I set this with a powder (as I do with every cream based product I apply on my face) and let the lovely radiance come through during the day.
3. The Balm Mary-Lou Manizer
£17.49 GBP/ $24 AUD (8.5g)
This product is truly brilliant. I use to highlight my cheek and brow bones, as an eye shadow (it is especially good on the inner corners of the eye near the tear duct to brighten the eye), and on my cupids bow (the dip of the upper lip) to make my lips look bigger.
The Mary-Lou Manizer enhances any makeup look and makes the face more radiant instantly. Click here for my full review.
£31 GBP/ $AUD (9.6g)
This is my absolute, hands down favourite powder I have ever used. I wear this to set my liquid foundation and it is fab at giving the appearance of flawless, glowing skin. Skin looks so good that when I wear this I am often asked by complete strangers what foundation I wear.
5. M.A.C Studio Face and Body Foundation
£21.50 GBP/ $49 AUD (50ml)
This foundation is one of my all time favourites. It's easy to blend, buildable and has a beautiful dewy finish. I wear this when I want to fake a good skin day. If you are looking for a long wearing foundation, this is superb.
