My Big News!

Thursday, 24 July 2014

Guess what? I have big news! I can't believe it is all finalised and I can finally tell you all. I am moving!

I am so excited to finally announce to you all that I am moving to the UK in late August with my darling boyfriend who has been accepted to study at Oxford University (I am so proud).

Those of you who have got to know me a little better would be aware, that as well as blogging and being a beauty therapist (a role I have just resigned from) I am also a primary level Teacher. So in terms of the big move, I have been lucky enough to gain a teaching position at a local school and am so excited for the new chapters to come!

I want to assure you that I am not going to forget my blog or my Aussie followers for that matter. I have decided that for every review or product story I do, I will list not only where you can get the products in the UK, but also where the product(s) can be found if available and how much it costs in Australia too.

I also hope that my reviews and product stories will provide an insight to my Australian audience of what might be to come on the Australian market, and allow you all to get a sneak peak before it is released down under.

As for any UK bloggers or PR Companies, I would love for you to get in touch! Simply email me at to touch base with me.

As the Queen would say (well I would like to think anyways), Keep calm and read Everybeauty Talks.

What would you all like to see from my blog in the future considering the move?

  1. ouuuu, that's very exciting, wishing you guys the best of luck & safe travels!! :)

  2. Thanks Katia! I am so so so excited. I can't wait to travel and experience new things :-)

  3. Congrats on your exciting move. Oxford is such a beautiful place and so close to all surrounding towns including London. I lived in Oxford for 4 years and came close to staying for good. The vibe is similar to sydney but more laidback being so multicultural and super friendly peeps. We go back every few years because we miss it and will be returning in October for another visit. I look forward in reading your posts about the UK.

  4. Thanks Bennie! I am so excited and the move is so close now... less than 3 weeks. Woo hoo! Are there any things you recommend doing?

  5. Yes, walk everywhere in the town, you discover beautiful streets, houses, the uni grounds are amazing. Visit the area near roundabout in Crowley, headington is cute. I would go in every sat when my partner was working and just explored. Towns like Wallingford, Henley on Thames are really quaint and pretty. Taking bus trips to surrounding towns are really pretty, you see ducks crossing the road its so cute. Then you have Bicester village shopping outlet really awesome. And the Cotswolds is stunning. The difference between here and there is that every town is pretty. Hope you have lots of fun. Oh there was a place we would always go for brekkie in Oxford called The Rose. Last time we went it was still there in 09. Hopefully they are still good.

I appreciate and read every comment I receive and do my best to reply to them ASAP. Thank you for your support xox.
