Mani Mondays #1 - High Roller by Kit Cosmetics

Sunday, 20 April 2014

If you follow Everybeauty Talks by blog posts, Twitter, or Instagram I am pretty sure you will have worked out by now just how much I love nail polish and doing my nails. After lots of thought, I now introduce to you, Mani Mondays!

Mani Mondays will give you an insight into my forever growing nail polish collection. It will feature a colour, colour collection, how-to, or mani must have each Monday. Posts will include a brief rundown on the colour and its performance, colour swatches, and whether or not I would repurchase it.

Without any further ado, let us get onto Mani Mondays #1.
I introduce to you, the most gorgeous pastel mint green nail polish I ever did lay my peepers on; High Roller by Kit Cosmetics.

High Roller by Kit Cosmetics.

Colour swatch:

One coat gives you a wash of colour, two coats gives you beautiful opaque finish.

I am beyond impressed by this nail polish formula. I got a whole 5 days with no chips at all before I removed it to change colours. And when I say it had no chips, I mean not even the tiniest chip was present (note, that this was whilst wearing top coat as I never go without it).

The first time I removed my nail polish because I felt like a change of colour, not because it was chipped, was using this polish. Awesome right?!

Repurchase? Yes, over and over again!

Grab your High Roller nail polish by Kit from your closest Kit Cosmetics and Mecca Maxima Stores or Kit Cosmetics online for $15.95 AUD (12ml).

What is your favourite mint coloured nail polish?

Note: All opinions are my own.

  1. Gorgeous! I love mint coloured nail polish (if you couldn't tell by my chosen blog name haha). I haven't tried any Kit Cosmetics nail polishes yet so I will have to check them out! My favourite mint nail polish has to be China Glaze Refresh-Mint. It's the lightest shade of green ever and just looks so springy and delicate. Lovelovelove

  2. I envy your nails! - after a few weeks of farm work mine are destroyed.

Love the colour - keep mani mondays coming!

  3. Oh no! Mine are nothing flash. Trust me!

I recommend buffing yours about twice a week to stimulate blood circulation to the nail bed. This will promote strength and growth!

  4. You MUST try Kit polish. It is beyond!!!

I have tried a few China Glaze in my time and I must admit I was happy with those too.
