Product Review & Swatches: O.P.I Euro Centrale Mini Pack

Thursday, 20 March 2014

I was given this O.P.I Euro Centrale Minis Pack for Valentine's Day instead of roses (no complaints here). I wanted to share it with you because I can now honestly say that out of all my O.P.I mini packs I have owned (plenty of them) this is the one I have used the most! I just love the colours and the way they apply and wear on the nail.

 O.P.I Euro Centrale Mini Pack.
O.P.I Euro Centrale Mini Pack pays homage to the new trendy fashion hotspots in central Europe; Czech Republic, Hungary, Poland and Romania.

I have included a brief description of the 4 colours and swatches of them all so you can see how pretty they are for yourselves too!

Can't Find My Czechbook.
Can't Find My Czechbook -
O.P.I Euro Centrale Mini Pack.
Can't Find My Czechbook is a dusty aqua blue creme. Once applied, this was a little bit more dusty looking. The formula was good, it was easy to apply and the opacity was great. I love this blue so much! I constantly reach for this colour time and time again.

Suzi's Hungary Again.
Suzi's Hungary Again -
O.P.I Euro Centrale Mini Pack.
Suzi's Hungary Again is a warm medium pink with a subtle shimmer. The shimmer was pretty much invisible to my eyes but it it does provide some dimension and stop the nail from looking flat. The formula was a little thin so I had to apply three thin coats to get full coverage (not that big of a deal).

 You're Such A Budapest.
'You're Such A Budapest' -
O.P.I Euro Centrale Mini Pack.
You're Such A Budapest is a light lilac/lavender with grey undertones. There is a very subtle shimmer in this shade, although its not really noticeable (it does provide some dimension and stop the nail from looking flat though).  The formula was good, it was a little sheer and streaky on the first coat but the 2nd coat evened it out and made it opaque without a problem. Did I mention that I am absolutely in love with this purple? Well I am!

Oy-Another Polish Joke.
'Oy-Another Polish Joke' -
O.P.I Euro Centrale Mini Pack.
Oy-Another Polish Joke is a golden shimmer. Not my favourite shade of gold, as it is quite yellow. This was very sheer, I think it would actually be wonderful for layering over most colours. I'm thinking that it will probably look fantastic over the blues from this collection. It does build up on it's own with 3-4 coats to get a nice opaque look.
